Sales

* Lockheed Martin Corp. paid $3.68 million for 464 acres owned by the U.S. Air Force near Waterton Canyon. The industrial site was a government-owned facility operated by Lockheed Martin Space Systems. The site was used to design, manufacture, assemble and test Titan I and Titan II missiles, Titan II and IV Space Launch Vehicles, and other space exploration technology. It is surrounded by the 4,700-acre facility owned by Lockheed Martin. Lockheed plans to maintain the land and facility it purchased for industrial and space technology use, said Judy Charles, spokeswoman for the Air Force.

Leases

* Global Health Care Exchange leased 42,500 square feet at 11000 Westmoor Circle Building 10 at the Westmoor Technology Park in Westminster. Brokers: Paul Whiteside, Ronan Truesdale, Keys & Whiteside, represented Global Health; Chris Nordling, Thomas Lee, Rodney Foster and Brit Schabacker of the Frederick Ross Co. represented the owner.

* Founders Asset Management renewed its 37,391 square foot lease at 2930 E. Third Ave.

* Schwinn Cycling and Fitness leased 27,500 square feet at 1801 IronHorse Drive. Brokers: Ken Gooden, Bruce Dodge, The Staubach Co.

* SMPT of Colorado leased 22,100 square feet at 401 E. 124th Ave., Thornton. Brokers: Alec Rhodes, Eric Carson, Fuller and Co.

* ECI leased 15,649 square feet at the Dorado Building, 7800 E. Dorado Place. Brokers: Jim McGrath, Sam Depizzol, Brian Wells, The Staubach Co., and Bob Sznip, Sorrento West.

* McLeod USA leased 15,825 square feet at the RSA Building, 6377 S. Revere Parkway. Brokers: Dave Tilton, Jamie Gard, Phillip Ruschmeyer, Frederick Ross Co.

* Sonora Medical Systems leased 15,380 square feet at 2021 Miles Drive. Brokers: Ken Gooden, Bruce Dodge, The Staubach Co., and Audrey Berne, Colorado Group.

* Business Edge Solutions leased 10,888 square feet at Two Greenwood Place, 6560 S. Greenwood Plaza. Brokers: Jim McGrath, Mike Rooks, The Staubach Co., and David Shapiro, Transwestern Realty.

Miscellaneous

* CSG Systems Inc., a leading provider of billing, customer care and management solutions to the information technology industry, plans to expand into 30,000 square feet in Catellus Development's Circle Pointe Corporate Center in Westminster. CSG will bring about 110 jobs to Jefferson County with the deal and will invest almost $7.4 million into the economy, said Tom Clark, president and chief executive officer of the Jefferson Economic Council.

* Michael V. Lloyd, formerly with the Gallin Investment Co., has joined Colorado Springs-based Schuck Corp. as director of development and marketing. At Gallin, Lloyd was instrumental in the acquisition and redevelopment of the former Merrill Lynch headquarters in Lakewood that was later leased to Gateway and U S West.
